The David Dunlap Observatory Defenders is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to the maintenance and longevity of the David Dunlap Observatory, furthering astronomy education, and expanding scientific opportunities. In partnership with the City of Richmond Hill, the DDOD provide public and private programs at the DDO, in addition to independent activities and events held across the city and GTHA.
